Comprehensive Care in One Convenient Location

Our mask policy

As of March 20, 2023, CMP no longer mandates mask-wearing for patients or employees. However, we do still recommend the wearing of masks to prevent the spread of respiratory diseases while in close indoor settings.

If you have respiratory symptoms, we urge you to consider the health of others around you and wear a mask. If you do not have a mask with you, our staff can provide one.

We also have drive-up respiratory testing available. Call your provider for more information.

What should I expect when I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  The front desk receptionist will greet you and make a copy of your Photo ID and Insurance Card.

Shortly thereafter you will be called back to the exam room by a medical assistant, who will take your vitals and make sure you are ready for the doctor to see you.

What should I expect after my appointment is completed?

Before you leave the office, your doctor or nurse practitioner will provide you with detailed paperwork that includes:

  • Reference material for any conditions that were discussed: blood pressure, weight management, circulatory issues, etc
  • Any orders for Lab or other tests that are recommended
  • Instructions for follow-up appointments and timing

You can book your follow-up appointment at the front desk before you leave.
